    International Shipping

    Kimaya.in delivers to over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and duty incurred differ from country to country. These are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs. Estimated delivery timings are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

    Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

    If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

    Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

    You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Kimaya cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering. Kimaya.in can also not be held liable if local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate the items for any reason.

    Shipping within India

    Customers in India can avail of free shipping.

    Indian VAT charges will be applied to orders dispatched within India which is inclusive in our prices.

    Insurance

    Kimaya.in insures each purchase during the time it of transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased items passes to you.

    If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Kimaya.in and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
