Make sure you fill out the 'Returns Label' sent to you along with your package. Send your item(s) and 'Return Label' back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise.
If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, choose the replacement size.
Upon receipt of your returned items, you will have the option of availing a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or you can opt to receive store credit which is valid for one year from date of issue. This can be availed on the website, as well as any of the Kimaya stores in India.
Items purchased during sales and made to order pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom duties, sales taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable through Kimaya.in. However, International shoppers may be able to recover the duty by contacting their local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available in all countries, we recommend that you inquire beforehand or hire a customs broker to aid in the same.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Kimaya.in
Kimaya.in accepts order cancellations up to 24hrs after receiving it.

Upon receiving the cancellation request, Kimaya.in will start processing the refund. This can take up to 10 business days.
